A foreclosure can be a great deal for the right buyer. The process is not usually easy and there are many factors beyond the control of the buyers, attorneys and even banks.
On this page you'll find links to MLS listed 'bank-owned' properties in various towns and neighborhoods in Greater Boston. You'll also find 'heat map' links from Realty Trac that will give you an overview of the foreclosure markets nationally, commonwealth-wide, and in four of Eastern Massachusetts' counties.
