Jamaica Plain's Stonybrook Neighborhood Listings

Stonybrook neighborhood's is among the most active neighborhood associations in the Boston area.  (Note:  The Stonybrook neighborhood is not related to the Stonybrook T Station, which is located on Boylston Street, nearer to the Brewery District)  With regular meetings and crossover involvement with other local neighborhood groups, the Stonybrook Neighborhood Association is a good reason to consider this area in Jamaica Plain.  

The Minton Stable (off Gartland Street) is well maintained and appreciated by the neighborhood.  Access to Franklin Park (thank local activist Frederick Vetterlein and the SNA for keeping vigil on the Williams Street gate upkeep and condition), equidistance to Forest Hills and Green Street T Station.

There are a few major developments planned for this area, including more than 3 dozen condominium units at 3521-3529 Washington Street.  Another sizable lot of land sits at the end of Brookley Road awaiting the right development team (and the SNA blessing) to bring it to life.
