As Your Listing Agent

Overview

When you become my client, my priorities are you and your best interests.  The first part of my job is to assess, help prepare and then market your property.  It's also my job to help you negotiate terms that are most important to you and your family.  As we move from the accepted offer through the Purchase & Sale and finally to the closing table, I will ensure that the many moving parts remain in fluidly in motion.   

Forumulating a Plan

Based on my analysis of your property I'll create the most effective marketing plan to fit your needs and timeline.  Before we actually begin the preparation and marketing phase, I'll show you a detailed outline of each step in the proces and set clear expectations.

My marketing philosophy and action plan exceeds the standards of today's Real Estate industry.  With market knowledge, tech savvy, and good old fashioned elbow grease, I'll put a plan in place that high-lights the pros and mitigates the cons.   If selling property were as easy as snapping some photos and filling out a listing form, I think I'd find another profession.

Chess StrategyIn order to be effective for you, I'll need to be on top of every piece  at every moment.  Early in my career, one of the most important lessons I learned was that it is essential to remain fully engaged throughout the process, even when you think the 'job' is done.  When the keys are handed over at the closing table is when I'll take a breath.
